I live, work and create in Onguiaahra (Niagara), the traditional ancestral, and unceded territory of the Chonnonton, Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples. Today, this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples. I am grateful for the enduring stewardship of Indigenous communities and acknowledge that our standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people. The region is governed by the Dish with One Spoon Wampum and the Upper Canada Treaties.
