One-2-One

What's it like to work with me

You've done the shadow work, depth psychology and memory deep-dives, and you're over it. You're ready to just live your life already.

Real Talk

You can't create from joy if you're still tethered to rupture -- if you're still using the past to define your becoming, still allowing your pain to shape your identity. So, I will never expect you to talk about it, whatever "it" is. In fact, it's my preference that we don't, because my role is to help you build the neural pathways and somatic integrity to be the whole and sovereign being you came here to be. And it's hard for me to do that if we keep using all the hard things that happened to the person you once were as a reference point.

This is not avoidance; it's selective detachment.

Learning to live a vibrant life after turbulence is a creative process. One completely unique to you and your path. I'm not going to lie to you, it can be jarring at first, and the fear of not knowing how to live without pain, or struggle or illness is SO REAL. There comes a time when our wholeness may ask us to step away from "healing" so we can live a more abundant life. So we can create from aliveness instead of rupture.

One-one sessions are experiential in nature, meeting you where you are to support you to live as your whole self, not just someone who's lived through hard stuff. My hope is for you to leave a session with the kind of clarity that invites more questions than answers. More possibilities than certainties.

We might be a good fit if you've been doing deep inner work for some time. If it feels like therapy has become obsolete, but you're not quite "there" yet.

We might be a good fit it you feel aligned with the idea of living creatively, whether you make art or not. If you're drawn to play, experiential learning, and exploring altered states through movement and meditation.
