Movement for Brain Health
Weekly starting September 2026
One of the best ways to promote brain health is by doing new things, or doing familiar things differently, both of which build neural pathways and expand our capacity, improving problem-solving, decision-making, mood and cognition.
Every week we explore a different theme through movement, using props, visualization & markmaking exercises. We'll move our bodies, notice what we notice, and open to new possibilities.
Classes are playful and contemplative, low-impact and easily modified. It's not dance, it's not yoga, and it's not meditation, but offers all the same benefits of improved cognition, nervous system health, mobility and strength. Past students report feeling relaxed, present, happier and more youthful with improved self-awareness.
Embodied Equinox
September 19th
Just living life is the ultimate creative process, and we are all artists of something.
In this 3-hour workshop, we'll lean into the harvest energy to explore the relationship between language and movement, creativity and embodiment. Open doors to new possibilities and ways of engaging with yourself, your work and your environment.
No prior art or movement experience is necessary.
All bodies welcome.

The Seasonal Body
Solstice to Solstice 2026-2027
A year-long container working with seasonal energies and embodiment explorations to nurture your creative process and foster self-discovery. You don't need to be an "artist" to enrol.
Five 5-hour workshops meeting one week before each Solstice and Equinox, beginning December 2026.

Soma Circle
Coming 2027
An 8-week container to support you in your well-being, self-discovery or artistic practice. Every week is an "artist date". With the help of embodiment practices, creativity exercises and personal inquiry, we'll open to new possibilities. We'll ask questions without expecting answers. Curiosity for curiosity's sake.
This is for you if:
You're looking for a wholesome, creative and body-centred approach.
You've tried meditation but struggle to find a "thoughtless mind".
You're an artist or maker looking for inspiration.
You're not an artist, but you want to bring more joy and creativity into your life.
