My name is Nischa. I'm a therapist, educator and heart-centred non-conformist. A peaceful dissenter with a vision for a somatically-oriented world.

Embodiment isn't a buzzword to me; it's a way of life. An act of self-creation that stretches our edges and grows our awareness, revealing more of who we are while opening us to possibilities for who we might become.

I still can't get over how fast I saw shifts. Nischa improvised explorations right in the moment that brought things to awareness, but in a way that felt grounded and manageable. I've worked with "somatic healers" who made things worse, so her approach is a breath of fresh air. She works intuitively with the body in a way I didn't know was possible.

Group movement and creativity events invite you into an embodied experience of self-discovery. We'll move our bodies, explore possibilities and get curious.

Corporate Events

Embodiment workshops are a wonderful option for teambuilding. Participants build emotional literacy and relational skills, leaving more grounded and self-aware with an improved sense of wellbeing.
