The Soma Centre
The Soma Centre was created to help people remember their humanity and their relationship to the earth through the practice of the somatic arts & sciences.
It is a place where people of all ages, shapes and histories can move and gather in community--in nature--for education, art-making, self-healing and for joy.
We host regular classes and workshops as well as conferences, retreats and professional trainings (ISMETA accredited) in somatics, embodiment and dance in the beautiful Niagara region of Ontario, Canada.
Mission
The Soma Centre will support participants to live authentically and remember their connection to the earth, creating a more somatically-oriented world through study, practice, and community engagement.
Vision
The Soma Centre will be an internationally-significant destination that will advance the field of Somatics through education, experience and outreach across a range of disciplines and communities.
